Our fresh market approach showcases fresh local products whenever possible. Every meal is made with care and love in our kitchen. In season, our vegetables come from the our local farmers. Our maple syrup produced in a local St. Joesph Island farm. Our always fresh whitefish and smoked whitefish is caught right out of our Lake Huron shores. Our chicken and pork from the local Amish and Mennonite farmers. Our burgers and turkey burgers made at our kitchen (Our home made turkey burger with tarragon mayo has become a Highway 17 classic). And of course, we are trans-fat free. Freshness and dedication defines our approach and our restaurant ethic.
You are always welcome whether for a formal dinner or a quick hamburger or club sandwich, or just a coffee stop on the road. Vegetarians will always find something to eat or a kitchen willing to prepare something on request. And for everyone a great selection of incredible desserts.
Our bar serves a small and good selection of Ontario and international wines, beers and spirits.
